2. System Requirements

Internet Connection

A permanent broadband Internet connection is required.

Operating System

Any operating system with a modern browser.

Supported Web Browsers

Google Chrome (25.0+), Mozilla Firefox (15+), Opera (10+), Internet Explorer (9+), Safari (5+), or any other modern webkit or gecko based browser.

Simulation packages formats

Currently STOCK: Boltzmann inversion tool supports file formats for the following simulation packages:

• ESPResSo++: http://www.espresso-pp.de/
• GROMACS: http://www.gromacs.org/
• LAMMPS: http://lammps.sandia.gov/
• ESPResSo: http://espressomd.org/

For any other simulation package, the General format may be used (where the first column is r, and the second is U), and converted to whatever is necessary by a script or some other means.
